Returns and Refunds 

​

  • Please email us immediately with your order number and provide a picture if necessary for a resolution if you find any issues with your order.

    • no resolution will be offered if it has been too long since the fulfilment of your order. ​

  • Due to hygiene reasons, returns for earrings are strictly not allowed. For other products, eligibility for refunds and returns is determined after review of the issue. 

    • If return and refund was offered, do note that offer is only valid for 3 days once issued. You will not be entitled for it ​if you have previously declined the offer or you have taken too long to get back to us. 

    • Please note that Planet Days reserves the right to refuse all returns.

  • For handmade items, flaws are inevitable. Please do not purchase if you mind, all sales are final. 

​

  • Due to differences in lighting, there will be slight colour differences in the products, please do not purchase if you mind.

  • There will be no compensation for loss mails if untracked shipping was opted at check out, kindly choose tracked shipping modes if you are unwilling to bear any risk of lost mails.

    • We will only be looking out for any return mails and reach out to you for redelivery charges if we receive it (no guarantees that your parcel will be returned if it is a case of lost mail)
