Booking deposit
★For all bookings, $20 booking fee is required for each pax.
★Booking deposit will be used to offset your total bill for your activity.
★Booking deposit is strictly non-refundable unless cancellation of appointment is required from our end due to unforeseen circumstances. 

Cancellations/ Change of appointment 
★No cancellations of any bookings are allowed. 
★You may request to change your booking once, subjected to availability. 
★For rescheduling, you are required to notify us strictly at least 48 hours before your booked session starts. 
★ Appointments made less than 48 hours prior to the session will automatically not be eligible for rescheduling, booking deposit will be forfeited in case of no shows. 
★ Bookings are transferable, you are encouraged to find a replacement in the case of any last-minute illnesses or personal emergencies if you do not wish to forfeit your deposit. 

Late policy
★ If customer arrives late, kindly note that no free time extension will be given and studio fee will not be prorated. 
★ You are encouraged to arrive 5minutes before the start of your session for check in process. 

Self-guided session
★All sessions are self-guided! We do not offer workshops.
★Kindly note that staff will only provide light instructions and assist to the best of their ability. 

Children policy 
★Kindly note our services are targeted towards young adults rather than children.
★We do not provide supervision to children and they are expected to be on their best behavior during their session. ​
★All children under the age of 13 are required to be accompanied and supervised by an adult. Accompanying adult is required to book an activity and seat accordingly, no standing supervision is allowed in our studio. 

Applicable to beading activity only 
★ Material waste fee of $5 will be charged for the below instances
1. If you do not take beads accordingly to our instructions which causes difficulty in sorting leftover materials after the session resulting in wastage.
2. Each instance whereby beads were dropped on the floor.
