Our Policies
Customer is taken to have read and agree to all of the policies stated below once a booking has been made.
Booking deposit
★For all bookings, $20 booking fee is required for each pax.
★Booking deposit will be used to offset your total bill for your activity.
★Booking deposit is strictly non-refundable.
Cancellations and rescheduling
★No cancellations of bookings are allowed, booking deposit is non-refundable.
★For rescheduling, you are required to notify us strictly at least 24 hours before your booked session starts.
★ You may reschedule your booking twice maximum.
★ Appointments made less than 24 hours prior to the session will automatically not be eligible for rescheduling, booking deposit will be forfeited in case of no shows.
★ Bookings are transferable, you may find a replacement in the case of any last-minute illnesses or personal emergencies if you do not wish to forfeit your deposit.
Late and no show policy
★ If customer arrives late, kindly note that session will end accordingly to the booked timeslot. Studio fee will not be prorated and time extension is subjected to charges and availability.
★ If you missed your booked timeslot for 45 minutes, it is considered as no show and booking deposit is forfeited.
★ If customer missed their timeslot completely (or is more than 45 minutes late) and turn up in person on the day itself, up to our discretion we may allow you to proceed with a later timeslot on the same day of your booking date with an additional late fee per pax without losing booking deposit. This is out of goodwill and is subjected to availability, late fee will be $3 per pax. If there is no availability, booking deposit is forfeited.
★Kindly note that you are not allowed to reschedule your appointment to another day if you missed your timeslot.
Self- guided activities
★All sessions are self-guided! We do not offer workshops or classes.
★Self-guided sessions means that studio staff will only provide activity instructions and participants is required to do their activity independently.
Age Limit Policy
★Our services and studio environment are targeted towards young adults rather than children. We have a minimum age requirement of 13 years old and above. We do not provide any supervision to participants and all participants is expected to refrain from causing disturbances or damage to studio property.
Minimum Age Requirement

Participants must be at least 13 years old to attend a session independently in our studio.

Any children under 13 years old must be accompanied by an supervising adult (18 years old and above) who has booked a seat and paid for their booking deposit accordingly.

This means that for 2 children and 1 adult, you will need to book for 3 participants during booking and pay for $20/pax (total $60) as a booking deposit.

NOTE: Older participants (aged 13-17) do not qualify as supervising adults. If an underage (13-17) participant is sent in place of the adult, the session is taken as there is no supervising adult and the younger participant (below 13) will not be allowed to proceed, and no refunds will be given.

Supervising adult participant must be present during check in and also remain in studio during the entire session.

This studio fee or booking deposit is strictly not refundable and cannot be used to offset remaining charges of other participants in the case that supervising adult chooses not to do any activity.

Standing supervision without a studio fee or booking deposit paid will not be allowed and non-paying guests are not permitted to be in the studio.

Age Verification

If a participant appears to be under 13 years old, Pluto Studio reserves the right to request EZ-Link cards or other identification for age verification.

If the accompanying "adult" is also under 18, the session will also not be allowed to proceed.

Please ensure you bring a valid identification card for your session.

Enforcement & Compliance

Our staff will strictly enforce this policy, and non-compliance will result in rejection of service without providing any refunds in your booking deposit.

For all bookings made online. it is taken that you understand and agree to the enforcement of this policy, and have booked a seat for any adult participant supervising child participants.
