6 months consignment at Planet Days

- By default, all consignment vendors are automatically under plan (1), kindly let us know if you are also open to plan (2) or (3) and we will arrange for it accordingly whenever there is availability.

(1) 15% commission for space allocated based on availability, no fixed space officially.

your space will be allocated based on what's available (spaces that are not rented out), your products may also be split around the shop with some products being at better spots than the rest whenever possible.
For this arrangement, you may bring products of your own choice or products that were discussed to be placed in store.

(2) 25% commission of sales for regular shelf slot 4

Under our discretion, the space is not limited to having products from one sole vendor.
Planet Days has the rights to change your consignment plan by shifting you to another location (consignment option 1) with its respective commission rate if there are demand for a shelf by non-consignment vendors.

(3) 30% commission of sales for regular shelf slot 2/3

Under our discretion, the space is not limited to having products from one sole vendor.
Planet Days has the rights to change your consignment plan by shifting you to another location (consignment option 1 or 2) with its respective commission rate if there are demand for a shelf by non-consignment vendors.

Payment and sales report

Sales report will be sent weekly, there is no fixed date for sales report to be sent as they are done only during shop hours and admin time available is dependent on footfall.
Each sales report will most likely be sent every Sunday- Tuesday if there are no delays.
Payment is automatically processed around 1 week after each month (December sales will be sent out by 1st week of January)

Consignment policy

Planet Days will not be providing any compensation for any gap in inventory for consignment vendors, do avoid bringing small items which can be easily misplaced and refrain from coming down to do restocks too frequently unless required or encouraged by our team as this may increase the chance of any wrong input into the inventory system.
By agreeing to any of the above consignment options, all consignment vendors consent to consignment option 1.
